Intermission: Back Squat - 3 x 10
  • 2-3 min rest between sets
  • Work up to 10RM
  • Rest 3 min prior to WOD
WOD:
30 Wall Balls
15 Pull Ups
(3 rounds) - BLOG time and Wall Ball Weight
