  • Toes Out
  • Arms straight and touching knees
  • Elbows facing out
  • Back Arched, tight, and hamstrings loaded
  • Shoulders in front of bar
  • Hook Grip
Warm Up:
-Platform Warm Up:
  • 2 x 20 Single Arm Circles
  • 2 x 10 Air Squats
  • 2 x 10 Jump Squats
  • 2 x 10 OHS w/ empty Bar
  • 2 x 3 - Three position Power Snatch (as a group) - empty bar
Skill:
- Empty bar jumps - 3 position
- Empty bar Power snatch from shins
- Empty bar Snatch from Shins
WOD:
3 RM Snatch (start @ 60% of max and work up in 5kg increments)

Great job by everyone at the 8:30 workout! I definitely "overthought" this one...My thanks to KT and Doug for your help and patience. Super learning experience!

By the way, is anyone interested in setting up a running blog and/or putting together a CrossFit running group, maybe with some special workouts on the occasion for us "runner types"?

105#, felt good about this considering I struggle with overhead squats.
