We weren't entirely sure so we did 5 TGU's on each side each round.

ah, TGU's. what fun. enjoyed this workout. did 6 1/2 in 20 minutes. definitely tired today. :)
TGU's are hard especially on my left arm....but over all a good work out...did 4 rounds.
