The snatch technique is difficult for me to nail down. Tough workout.

Snatches might be be hardest move for me. Could not seem to get low. Only had #45 on bar - need more snatch work! Great to have Q from CFit Midtown sweat with us today!

75 lbs 17:00 but more of power snatches, not deep enough in squat to really count my time. I agree with more snatch work.

Really wanted to complete this workout but my coordination (or lack of) was showing....ended up RX'd

More Snatches????? :-) OK - we can definitely make that happen! Thanks for pushing through the WOD today. I know it is tough to row after a FULL body movement like that. Great job everyone.

Tough workout! I definately need to practice more on my snatches also...seems like I cannot get it down pat...but I am trying. Thanks Kate for helping me
