Did Grace in 7:05 with 45 lbs. Which is a 22 seconds improvement. Last time was with 75 lbs. which I don't think I could have gotten off the ground today. Thanks Jo B for help with handstands - I'm starting to get it. richard

L1 - 4:58 did it with 85 #'s which am excited about!

L2 95 lbs 4:52, knee was sore so my form stunk
6:00 with 65lbs. Its been a long time since I have lifted. I am good with that especially after Leslie kicked my butt in spin.Good to see everyone.
