Aug 27th - WOD

What the @#*~!!@?x*&!!!!!
Warm - Up:
10 Pull ups
10 Push ups
400 m Run
10 Back Extentions
(2 rounds)

WOD: (this WOD taken from CF Jax - thanks guys!!!)
100 Push up Deadlifts

  • One continuous motion
  • Men 135 / Women 85 or same weight you used on Monday
  • SCOOP BACK
  • Use your legs
  • Post time and BLOG
  • I am sorry...but not making sense is what we are all about!
  • PS - if you see this and pull a NO show...we are all going to call you out. Don't be a weakling!!! We are all going to suffer together. I expect 30+ bodies today. Let's Rock IT...together!

Not a weakling BUT ....have to leave for work at O Dark 30 (or 05:00) so will not be there.

Not that I'm scared, but I will have to miss tonight, starting a class, hate to miss this one.. ;O)

If Billy makes it back from Ga, I am sure he will be here for the challenge.

Not one to whine, but shoulder still hurts from Monday. Will have to be a gameday decision after dropping the kids off.

Still sore from doing lightweght DL's from Monday - they didn't feel half bad though with correct form. 1st time doing deadlifts in months because of bad back so I think I will also pass on DL round #2 this week so I can move/run the Turtle Trot on Staurday.

Complete and total craziness...that's what we're all about, right? Not gonna lie, I was not excited to hit these again, but it was good to go right back to it to practice form. I was super slow and light: 65# in 18:??

Hear ya Alyson! Did a modified version. Situp/deadlift in something like 21 minutes. Then awesome massage from Lila at Centre Street Massage. Go CFitters and get one if have not already. Well worth it!

Wiped Out!!!, When I saw the WOD I thought it was reading Mondays again. Thanks for working out with me Doug, This would not have been a good one to try alone. #135 - 15:44.
