10 Back Extentions
(2 rounds)

WOD:
50 Push up Deadlifts

  • One continuous motion
  • Men 135 / Women 85
  • SCOOP BACK

95# not sure of time. really enjoyed this workout, even though deadlifts are not my favorite.

I sorta wimped out. #55 at 8min something. I really liked the stomach exercises at the end. Amy

85#. Time? Some strange reason, like deadlifts. Did 135# 3 sets of 10 after WOD per Doug.
