Thought this was a well balanced WOD. All of me seems equally bushed. Think time was 33:56 - not sure - with 35 lb thrusters. richard

Started out sore from the past couple of days but worked into a decent groove. 4 Rounds, 55# thrusters - 26:34. Fighting allergies or cold - something throwing me off my game. Working through it.

Yes, I agree with Bob, working out at 12:30 is brutal but at least we got to do it inside (Dougy I can't believe you suggested we do it outside due to more room, I'd rather knock myself and someone else out with a barbell than do a workout in the heat) Anyway finished 4 rounds with 65# in 24:48

3 rounds, 45#, 17:56. Looks pretty whimpy, but I am trying to get ready for a dance this weekend (at The Journey Church, some of you know what I'm into) and I have to be careful, especially considering my level of soreness from Monday...whoa!
P.S. If you're interested, come check out the dance thing Sat. 6:00pm or Sunday 8:45 and 10:30am.

Time was 25:??, (3 rounds). Like this WOD, Rowing gets the best of me everytime, it was a little tougher on me today, due to having a head/chest cold. Glad I finished three rounds, was not sure how I was going to do tonight. Thanks Doug and Welcome back...!!!

Way to go Billy, pushing the four rounds...

Tough one. Great job all who completed. We usually have pretty good numbers on Wednesday...however this day was lower attendance. I am going to "call out" all you who saw the board...and didn't come in! :-) Slackers. If you are 'out of town'...you have an excuse. But all you others...we will see you FRIDAY! This has been a tough week and I congratulate you if you have done any of the WOD's this week.

Katy...I agree with you...the heat was tough to deal with in today's WOD. (Sarcastically) I am glad you guys stayed in the nice climate controlled Sandbox. :-) I felt a little bad making that a.m. class (not really) take the time to walk outside and 'burn-up' in the heat. Leslie will confirm it probably added 5 minutes to the times of everyone who did abs and HSPU's outside.
:-) (I know...I am a mean, jerk! But...I am trying to push your buttons...)

All right!!! I know I am ragging...but what is with the 'short-term' memory loss in completed times? My time was: 28m 32s. I just wanted to beat Taylor. Bring it brother. :-)

Looking forward to a weight day tomorrow...right Taylor?????

Have a rambunxious(sp?) day everyone! :-)

PS - has anyone seen our sign up link to FGB III yet?
