10 kettle bell swings (light)
10 PVC toe touches
2 rounds

Warmup with Hang Clean and Split Jerks

WOD:
Clean and Jerks
7 rounds of 5 reps for max weight (not time)
-look for max at round four to meet or exceed on round five

i was gone all week and we are off to maine this morning so i did the following from home this am.

warm up: 50 box jumps, 50 ab mats

WOD: 400M run, 50 squats 4x

18:38- tough workout after almost a week off. those box jumps really take it out of me. see you all in two weeks! Kristen

Did it with 55 lbs. Really wobbled towards the end. But I think I get it basically. Like to do more often. richard

Wow, what a week!!! I have been sore on some part of my body every day this week (mostly from Monday!)

This a.m. I started with 45 lbs. & finished with 80 lbs. Most were decent form.

Started at 65# and worked up to 115# for the final round. Took it slow and steady with Chad coaching to make sure form was correct. Felt good. Thanks Chad

Maxed out at 90#. Bummed that I cannot go heavier but can't because of my shoulder issue.

Welcome home Chad!!! Kristen...way to go. I love the effort Biagini.

I was so happy with everyone's form today. I know we really concentrated on the 'quick rack' position and full/open hip extension. I feel really good about everyone we saw today. If you didn't have "open/extended" hips...at least you knew it and it is a working point.

I know a few of you could have gone heavier...so I appreciate you letting us Coach you and demand quality. Thank you for allowing us to drive the bus.
