Here are some facts:
-All classes Friday are cancelled - but Club 14 Fitness is open temporarily. Please call 261-0557 for latest details.
-Saturday Carabbas Beach run is cancelled and moved to Sat, September 6th. You can still pre-register if you haven't yet. Billy is picking up all our packets.
-The "Robert" / CrossFit party at Amy's house is cancelled for Friday night the 22nd. We are tenatively rescheduling the 'event' for Saturday night the 23rd - please check the BLOG or email Amy for latest updates. We will make a definite call by noon on Saturday!
-As of NOW, there WILL be a class Saturday, 9:30 a.m. on the 23rd. - Confirmation will be on the BLOG by 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
95 lbs, kept leaning forward and droping the weight at 135. On aug 13 we did back squats for 20 reps and I did 185 before backing off and finished with 135. My question is since you can do more work with back squats why do front squats?

Did set of 5 with 115 then back down to 105. Thought was hard. Make sure you mark Sept. 6th on calendar for Beaches Run. Also, next Saturday morning - Turtle Trot - great prep for Beaches Run.

135 max for 5 reps. definitely pushed hard. did 145 for 5 reps but dropped the bar 3 times so did not get 5 straight reps.

Finished with 165 for 5. Great to see everyone after being cooped up yesterday.
Did it with 75 lbs. This was tuff after yesterdays squats. I'm off to Maine for three weeks. richard

Maxed out at 85lbs. Ended up dropping 3 times in different sets. Need to focus on the knees.
