Warm-up:
100 Jump Rope
20 Ab Mat Sit-ups
15 Pull-ups


WOD: SKILL DAY - DO NOT TIME - WORK ON FORM
15 Assisted Muscle Ups
15 Snatches
15 GHD Sit-ups

*Notes:
-Assisted Muscle ups are done with a rope and weighted advantage - WORK ON FORM!
-Complete Burgener warm-up prior to snatches
-Make sure abs and low back are warm - prior to any GHD ab movement
