Walk/Jog/Run to Beach access at end of Jasmine (1.2ish miles)
5 Sandy Burpees
5 Walking Lunges
5 Tuck Jumps
3 Rounds
Walk/Jog/Run back to CFAI "Sandbox"

Warm-up
100 Jump Rope
50 Abmat situps
20 Leg Raises
50 Abmat Situps
