21-15-9 reps of:
225 pound Deadlift (w=135)
Handstand push-ups (w=25lb shoulder press)


L2 Deadlift (M=155, w=95) / Shoulder Press (m=35, w=20)

L3 Deadlift (M=95, w=55) / Shoulder Press (M=20, w=15)
