This workout was a challenge, but a great way to head into a day of rest. Every time I see the WOD on the board it seems like there is no way it can be done. Then it starts and you do it one rep at a time and walk away feeling so satisfied. Thanks everyone for showing up and always pushing me to go harder.

Carlin, great post. I think everyone echoes your thoughts. Even as I watch Chris suffer as I write...I know he is going to love it when he is done...

Great point on the 'teamwork' it takes to make this happen. Without each other, keeping each other in check...there is no way we would be doing this. Having someone to suffer with makes this so much mo' better.

:-)

This was the toughest workout I have done in a while I was so glad when it was done. But, I felt so great when it was finished. It really makes for a great day when you have such a tough work out.

Carlin - thanks for sticking with me. Isn't CrossFit the BEST? Nothing like it - will miss everyone the rest of the week. Work hard, sweat hard for me! Good luck to anyone doing the River Run!
