Wow. Great job guys. It appears that we have some new PR's (personal records) for quite a few athletes!

First timers...awesome job.

Please note and pay special attention to our local fire/rescue dudes: Clay and Brad.

I don't care if they are Zoning, Paleo eating, or just plain starving themselves. The have both lost over 30 pounds EACH within the last 6 weeks AND improved their FGB score by over 40 points!!!!

How does this happen? In CF - bodyweight to strength ratio is extremely critical. The closer you can get to your ideal weight...and the stronger you get the more POWERful you become. Power is the key. Part of this is why you SHOULD see your FGB score increasing each time you do it.

Great job everyone...especially NCFR! Rock on.
