Workout for NCFR. 4 Rounds 95 lbs. benchpress 15 reps 800 meter run. Jamie 30 mins. Run 1 mile, 135 lbs benchpress 15 reps 4 rounds. Brad 50 mins and then added an extra mile. (Over achiever) Great job!! Run 1 mile, 135 Benchpress 20 reps 4 rounds. Clay 46 mins. No Extra (Slacker)
