Rest Day!

Read, Relax, and Rest Easy
  • L-Glutamine - 15g
  • Protien from 1st class sources: chicken, fish, Turkey, Beef, eggs, whey - 100g today
  • at least 1 nap today
  • 2g Vitamin C
  • 3/4-1 gallon of Water today

I got the rest of the stuff - especially the nap - but where do I get 15 grams of L-Glutamine?

Check out Tissue Rejuvenator from Hammer Nutrition.

I agree with Nancy. The tissue Rejuvenator is a little more for joint health however. CFAI does give all it's customers a discount on all Hammer Products. However the Apex L-Glutamine is by far the best L-Glutamine I have ever used. It DEFINITELY speeds recoevery to sore muscles and helps turn the DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) away. I think CFAI sells it for around $25-26 clams. LT - will you check and confirm the price tomorrow? If you need a little confused/inspired reading 'google' it as an 'amino acid' and see what you come up with. It is really pretty fascinating!
