Hope I haven't missed anyone! We met Neil the affiliate owner from CF Boston. His wife was doing "the Donna" on Sunday...so he decided to join us for a day of fun.

Both 800m runs were used as a warm-up and cool down...so don't freak out when you see this workout. By far the hardest exercise was the Tabata knees to elbows...right after sit-ups!!! :-) Ouch! My abs feel like they are torn in half today.

Most of the students/participants had experienced CF workouts prior to this workout...but IF we would have had a beginner, we could have scaled the workout to include 4-6 rounds instead of 8. I know there are some people who aren't walking correctly today...from yesterday's workout....I am one of them.

Key point of the day for all CFAI students: work on your Double Unders (DU's). Try to get 2 turns of the rope per one jump. Perform 20/day (made or missed) 3x/week for 2 weeks until you get them. They are critical!!!
:-)

Great job guys! Thanks for coming out and supporting CF!
