Great job today guys. Very impressed with everyone's effort; especially our first time "Franners". Just for the record...each time you do Fran...you should be getting a better and better time - OR better and better form/technique. For those who are completing jumping pull-ups - next time please try one regular (non-jumping) pull-up and complete the rest jumping. The "progression" of difficulty will continue on...just be patient.

My first introduction to Fran was at altitude in Denver (at 1st Cert) and my time was just under 13 minutes! Each time I have done "Fran" since...I have taken over 1 minute of my time on each occasion. Be patient.

Ok, so I tried to do Fran this morning with my new pull-up skill. I was determined to do it with all real pull-ups even if it took me 30 minutes. Well, after my initial pull-up, me and my muscles thouht it might be smart to do a little jumping. So there you go. 1 real pull-up, the rest with a jump. Do what you can and try harder next time! Loved it.
