I did the WOD by myself and started with 75 and ended with 125. After watching Kate's video I'm not sure I was getting down low enough on the squat. Maybe that's why I could do more weight.

Glad you watched the video. Kate has a great squat. I will try to post a video so those who are doing the WOD without instruction will see what it is suppose to look like.
