Everyone had GREAT Push Jerks! Wonderful end to the WOD. Getting you tired...and then taxing you when you are down....WE LOVE IT!
Great form, great efforts to all.
Notice most "WOD times" were in the 15-20 min range. Ideally this WOD should take about that amount of time. If not(too low of time OR to high of time)...let's adjust your reps...your weight....or your form.
Push for PERFECT form! :-)
