Great work Chris! Excellent progress. That is a huge step to go from jumping to kipping....you should be proud!
10:45 - I done the "Fran" with the black rubber band and 45lb for the Thrusters....I Still have along ways to go doing the pull ups with the rubber bands but I am trying...the more I try to do them, I think eventually I will get better. Thanks Doug for helping me out with the pullups.
