15 Box Jumps (24" men / 20" women)
9 Thrusters (95lb men / 65lb women)
21 Push Ups
(3, 4, or 5 Rounds)

Did 15:20 for 4x with 65 lb thrusters. Still low on energry - must be biorhythms at bottom of cycle. richard

17:10 - 5 rounds. Started w/ 65lbs on thrusters ....had total muscle failure during 4th (I think) round, dropped to whatever was lighter after that
