Skill: Ball Clean
Light Barbell Deadlift from floor - pracetic getting knees "out of the way"
- 55-75 lbs
- 21 reps
7 reps Back Squat x 7 rounds (sets)
- 3-5 minutes rest between sets
- Low Bar Position
- Hips must come below knees
- Power "Jump" position with feet
- Eyes forward or down at baseboard

170 lbs last round, my knee did not like the high knee running in warm up. So I played it safe and went for form.
