800 run
15 PVC push press
3: 1 minute squat hold


WOD:
Level 1= 100 Deadlift pushups
Level 2= 75 Deadlift pushups

M= 135
W= 85

Hated to miss but, job is conflicting with my a.m. workouts .....had to be at work early this morning.

(Looks like I would have needed an alternate workout anyway, don't think the back is ready for deadlift pushups!)
