Pirate run time - 36:26. A little slower than my last run, but considering I have not really ran much since Dec, my time is still better than my first 5K.
Everyone did great.
43:32 was my time on the 5k...my time was also better but my main goal is completing the Run and I did!!
Boy my thighs are "Sore" from the "Squat Therapy" that we had from the Workout...everytime I get up my legs are killing me!!! Good Workout! I Love It!
