35:37 with 32kg kb first 30 pullups were enough the last 60 with smallest band
Did it in 21:?? for 2X using green KB and green band on pullups. Seriously ran out of gas - low energy last few days. richard
Had to go to work early this a.m. Hate starting the day without a workout. Feeling blah all day.
Although, looks like I missed a tough one.
Hopefully will see everyone bright & early in the a.m.

31:43 - 3x - Another Tough workout but a good one...Still trying to do the pullups not so good at them but I try my best at them! Maybe one day! I did move up to the "White" KB!!
Felt really good afterwards!
