11 pullups, push press 85 lbs for 5 reps then 105 for 3 reps

6 pullups. No power on Shoulder Press today (2 day yoga workshop this weekend to blame). 2 sets of 5 with #55, then rest with #45. Don't forget about Nutrition Recap.

Did four perfect pullups w/o kipping or band. Did shoulder presses with 75 lbs on 5 count reps and 85 lbs on 3 count reps. good fun. richard

Missed the workout this morning. Am on the road, but wanted to log my pullups, did seven kipping pullups on the rings Saturday morning.

Finally got around to this this morning. Bad part is I can't access this website from work, so I have to wait until now to post.
I did 26 pullups
I did 135 max for five and 190 max for 3. I was expecting to bust big on the 190 which make an awful noise with no bumper plates but I pulled it off.
