Everyone should have taken the time to get a good laugh and driven by on Sat. My mini-mini tri was not what you would call a "record pace".... but it got done. I will try and take in toxic amounts of L-Glut, Aspirin, and Ice Sunday. I can feel it coming on in my calves the most.
As usual...the transition from the bike to the run proved to be the most challenging....even after only 1/8mi swim, 6 mi bike, and 1.5 mi run...
1:39:08 7 minutes faster than last year. This year the transition from the bike to the run seemed much more difficult! Thanks to Doug and Christina for tossing water out, without it I wouldn't have fnished.

Still....ouch - 50min
Thanks for a challenging morning - it was great! Though I didn't finish with a time I wanted - I did finish! 1:41:10
This was a great benchmark for me to gauge where I am for this upcoming XTERRA Tri-Athlon at the end of July -

Anyone else doing this? It would be great to have some fellow CrossFitters to race with - anyone interested?
