Special props to the guy in the Black Shirt today. Chad hit a PR in Fran yesterday in the 5 minute Zone. What an incredible feat to take over 2 min off a former 7+min time... Way to go Chad!

For the record.....in our opinion...if you have a good Fran....you can't help but be in shape. Something is going to "work right". You will either have:
1. Low body fat
2. High strength to body weight ratio
3. BIG heart and Lung engines
4. Really, really good technique

This formula works for men and women. Low Fran time almost always=good athlete who is IN SHAPE. I encourage you to ask Chad how he did it....
