Med Ball Abmat Situps
Med Ball Jumpropes
Med Ball Cleans

***End each of the rounds with a 200m Medicine Ball run

Great workout today. Big lungs and Big hearts.

it sure didn't look like much on the board...but Wilson did not disappoint.

15m-23m for most. Sorry...but the Med Ball Jumprope will most definitely be back. That was too much fun.
