Chad - Excellent programming today. LOVE the fast twitch/anaerobic power yesterday...combined with a 20min+ push today. Awesome. We all had great flexibility work on the shoulders with Muscle Ups....and I didn't hear of any shoulder tweaks. Today...coming back with some shoulder strengthening.....wow. I know...it really worked on the ladies and gents.

Keep the great WOD's coming....

So I thought after yesterday that I must be making good progress! I could breathe at the end of the workout and though I felt it I wasn't completely spent. Today I learned yesterdays "easy" day was to be paid for by today's workout! I struggled to finish today...but I did finish - and I am feeling it!
