2:30min rest between sets

WOD:
Back Squat - 5x3
Snatch Pulls - 3x3

Awesome work today. After a long week of Heavy lifts, extended Heart Rate, and Met-Cons...we came back with a 'psuedo' sprit WOD. Did anyone run the 400m in Track and Field? Most of us can run a pretty strong 150m....but 300m?

Today - most pushed to finish between 20-26 sec on each effort. We had an 'active' rest which was walking back to start line which lasted 2m30s. Combining this with some 3 rep lifting afterward is sure to shock your bodies into adaptation.
