That was one (SIC) workout! What a way to mix it up it up last night. My leg muscles were in a state of confusion. A lot of stretching to get the knots out. Thanks for kicking it up another notch!

Incredibly hard WOD today. Most around 30 min AFTER a 5RM Front Squat. Great job to all who stepped up today and showed up. Massive Kcal burn an excellent neuro-muscular jolt!
