Tabata Tuesday

Warm Up:
800m Run
10 Push Press - empty bar
10 Back Squats - empty bar
10 Split Leg Presses - empty bar
10 Straight Leg Deadlifts
(2 Rds)
Sport:
Clapping Push Ups. How many can you do?
-chest to ground or NO COUNT
-Must clap
-Must be consecutive - can rest at top of movement...but can't put knees down
-1x/1 round - that's it!
WOD: Tabata random...
  • 8 rounds per exercise
  • 20 seconds "on" / 10 seconds "off"
  • Count/add reps on each exercise-accumulate total reps for entire WOD
  • BLOG total reps
  • 1 min rest between exercises
Exercises:
  1. DB Thruster (M=30/W=20) - no ball hips below knees
  2. Tuck Jumps - must clap to count
  3. KB Swing (M=24k/W=16k)
  4. Jumping lunges - alternate feet in the split position - knee must touch - rt="1", lt="2"
