Skill:
Muscle Snatch w/Clean Grip (from shins)
WOD:
200m KB Run
  • 24/16
  • Start with 11 Swings
  • Run with weight for 200m; then repeat
  • 8 Rds

Nice job on a toughie by the 6pm group! I was grateful to have a few "special" people there tonight...It is nice to be back with my Wednesday night team again!

Tricey, it was my pleasure to be your inspiration for last night's class. It is nice to know that simply my presence pushes you to be the best that you can be. I must admit...
