4 -25 meter Overhead walks
Men 155#/W95#
Clean and Jerk barbell, keep weight locked out overhead while walking 25 meters. Drop the bar at 25 meters. Repeat 4 times. Bar must be re-cleaned and jerked from the ground at the beginning of each 25 meter walk.

Unreal rope climbs in the 6:30a class! Got some peeps who are getting some great upper body strength to bodyweight ratios!
Great efforts on a Monday. For all those who pushed for big weight on the C&J / Walk...way to go.
Super impressed by all the rope climbing - who would have ever thought so many could get so much done. Thank you for stepping out of your comfort zone. Many of you did better on the smooth Manilla rope with a foot clamp that you did on the knotted rope. Again...who would have ever thought.
