Warm Up:
200 m Run
20 Alternate Split Lunge Squat Jumps
10 Jump Squats
10 Push Ups
(3 Rds)
WOD:
50 x 7 Count Bodybuilders with Weight
  • To be done with Dumbbells
  • Complete a push up while holding Dumbbells
  • While holding onto weights stand up (actually kip to feet) directly into a SQUAT Clean
  • Push Press Dumbbells overhead and lock out elbows
  • Men = 30 / Women = 20

10 athletes for the morning class. Times were between 12 and change and 20 and change. It looked like this was a tough WOD, nice work by everyone...nice to see everyone.

Great job everyone!!! So really....how tough was it?? It didn't look all that hard... :-)

I am in St. Augustine with Heidi and the crew coaching her through the Ancient City Classic Bodybuilding and Figure show. Here are some is a list of the attendees thus far:

4 Over 30 division
3 in the over 40 division

She is competing in the over 30 Figure division - one of the hardest. Photos to come tomorrow...stay tuned.
