20 Walking Lunges with Bumper Overhead
25 Push-ups
20 Large Arm Circles Forward then 20 Backward

Skill: Deadlift Review
4 sets of 3, adding weight each time

WOD: Our last "Girl Gone Wild"...DIANE
  • Deadlift (Rx 225 lbs or as determined by your coach)
  • Handstand push-ups
21-15-9 reps, for time
