Deadlifts were easy, hang and jerk press got progressively harder
OUCH! Major Grip failure today - which I didn't see coming! Rds 4 and 5 - were brutal.

Great job today to everybody who honored a hero on the day for all the wonderful men and women who serve our country past and present. This was a good one. Once again great job to all.
Did 4 rounds of #115 last night in 22:58. I was going for weight and form. Not to worried about time.
