Hi from CA!
Amy here --

I'm back to Crossfit and my body is yelling. If I can give one piece of advice to you all---- Don't take any time off - it is brutal getting back into the swing of things. But I'm doing it.

Also - you all need to really appreciate your coach Doug. He knows how to teach form. I'm here in Davis CA and in my first few classes at Crossfit - I was pulled out to demo the clean jerk and the front squats. The coaches were impressed with my form.

THANKS DOUG!!
Keep pushing the form.

Amy

Thank you for all your kind comments Amy. It is really good to know that even with a 'short' break from CrossFit during your move....you still found your way back to the TRUTH within CrossFit. I whole heartedly believe that this is the best system we have available to us. The accurate coaching that seems to be getting world-wide attention coupled with the short workout sessions all seem to "FIT" in a students budget for time and quality.

For those who may not know Amy, she began as a student with CFAI in 2007. (right Amy?) Through her gymnastics background..began working with our CFAI Kids programming and then became L1 Certified not long after. She has been an intricate part of our Guatemala Mission Trip for the past 2 years and is scheduled to go again this October.
