15 Frankenstein Walk to Lunge
10 Inch Worms
10 Front Squats with Bar
5 Broad Jumps
2 Rounds

Strength
Back Squat 8x2
*use the same weight for all 8 rounds, should be around 75% of 1RM*

WOD
Tabata Row x 2
*16 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest*
