30 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Intermission:
5 x 3 Deadlift (work up to 3RM)
WOD:
200m Farmers Walk (M=45's / W=25's)
11 Pullups
(3 rounds)

  1. 8:29 on the WOD and 205# deadlifts. Most I have lifted to date on the deadlifts. My back is a little sore, but I should be fine tomorrow.
