My words will not be able to express enough about the efforts that I witnessed today. I love seeing when athletes give it there all and push to finsh a WOD. Thanks to all today for their heart and determination.
14:47 95# thrusters and rx pullups. Hard, hard, hard workout. Workout looks easier than it is. Shaved about a min. from previous blackjack I did while in Maine.
Have been to busy to CrossFit since "the fight", and wednesday's workout was definitely harder than it looks... got home and realized that I didn't do squat thrusters after the first two rounds...somehow my tired brain went to overhead presses?????????????????? nice to meet you Ben!! kim
This was tougher than I expected .... will blame it on being the first WOD since Friday.
