10 Back Extensions
10 PVC Overhead Squats
10 PVC FULL Snatches (non-power)
10 Front Squats (use 25, 35, or 45 lb bar)

Skill: Pose Running
50m Skip
50m High Knee Skip
50m Double Time Skip
50m Double Time High Knee Skip

WOD:
400m Run
Squat Clean - 50% bodyweight
21-15-9
