Tuesday WOD

Guess What????.......no Rowing today!!!
WOD:
400 M run
50 Ball Slams
50 Abmat situps
3, 4, or 5 rounds

Warmup

8 Hollow rockers
8 GHD Situps
8 Back ext.
8 Knees to elbows
8 Pullups (or just swing)
2 rounds

Don't foget CFit Party Thursday from 5:30 until 10.
Dress warmly. Bring oyster knives, gloves, and flashlight!
