Great form everyone! I loved seeing you all focus on the low back curve. Excellent! That is actually the best low back curve and "Anterior Pelvic Tilt" I have seen in a long time. I truly appreciate all the efforts. I promise this will pay off. It is just a matter of time before your spinal errectors stretch and allow the deeper positions to become more 'comfy'. Great job guys!
Liked this WOD. Quick but painful. Quads are still a little quivery. (if that is a word)1:33, 1:34
ReplyDeleteDid L1 with 25# bar in 2:09. Very shaky legs at end. Nice to have a WOD in which I have some proficiency. Seldom do I get to level 1. richard
ReplyDeleteL1. first round 3:07, second round a little faster. could use "squat therapy" more often.
ReplyDeleteL1: 1:44 & 1:37
ReplyDeleteL1, first round 3:17, second 1:46...I think. I liked pairing up and focusing on form. We could all use more of that.
