2:54 was my best. It helps that I got to stretch in three different classes before I did this WOD.
Best time, 4:41. Second day at crossfit.
4 rounds .... 4:02, 4:03, 4:01, and 3:56 pretty consistent pace throughout. Not sure if that's a good thing or not!Tina
