Shrimps and Non-Shrimps

If you are running in the 5K tomorrow...
You are a Shrimp:
10 Band Pullups
15 KB Swings
15 Pushups
15 Situps
Rope hold

3 Rounds

Non-Shrimper:
Run to beach (all way down Jasmine)
50 Air squats
Run Back

    It was really nice to stretch today, also nice and relaxing to do a WOD not timed and light weights.
    I think it would be great if we did a stretch WOD every Thursday.

  5. Doug, we are going to leave town this weekend, so I won't be running. BTW, the shin/cald/ankle thing is much better. I think the day of rest I opted for today was what it needed.
