No better way to start Crossfit after a rest day than doing a benchmark WOD to see how you are progressing. Harry Millner once said, "All progress occurs because people dare to be different." So fitting for our group and without further ado...

It's been over a month since we last did Cindy (April 14th), compare how you did, knock it out and see if you can improve your time.
Rest day is over! Get busy!
18.5 rounds 14 rounds real pullups then 2x jumping pullups to finish. First 3 rounds real pushups then down to the knees for the rest. Way to rock girls. Thanks Taylor for keeping track of our rounds cause I had no clue after about the third round.
ReplyDelete19 rounds total. All jumping Pullups, all real pushups. Pretty tough stuff. Having someone else track rounds was great. Head gets a little foggy otherwise. So thanks Taylor.
ReplyDeletegreat steady workout, 16 rounds and of course jumping pullups....
ReplyDeleteGreat work everyone! Take care of those hands. They put up with a lot from you.
ReplyDeleteDid 17 rounds rxd.
15 rounds - real push-ups for the first 4 rounds, then 6/7 "real" 4/3 knees, and jumping pull-ups for all. Great job Taylor!
ReplyDelete10 rounds
ReplyDelete16 rounds as Rx'd. I'm dead tired.
ReplyDelete11.5 rounds. I really don't think anyone is interested in knowing why I had such a low score. There were way to many things going on today.
ReplyDeleteAnyway can't wait to push it Tuesday.
looking forward to tomorrow's workout! :) looks fun. great job tonight. 19 rounds, jumping pull-ups, 3 rounds real push-ups, the rest on my knees.
ReplyDelete13 rounds, all on my knees, not ready for the real push ups yet. It was a good work out. Thanks Kate
ReplyDeleteThis knocked me out! I went home and still felt like I was going to throw up! 18 rounds...x2 jumping pull-ups, all push-ups on the knees, squat to the ball. I think we just found a fast way to do MURPH. I only needed two more rounds and some running, although a mile run after that probably would have killed me.
ReplyDeleteSounds alot easier than it was. First day at crossfit, 6 rounds.
